CNC MILL-TURN
We have invested in the very latest CNC Mill-Turn technology included C and Y axis machines from Mazak to enable us to offer our customers very competitive prices without compromising on quality. Wilson Manufacturing aims to continue to be at the forefront of machining technology.
CNC MILLING
Our modern machine shop also offers machining capabilities using the very latest machine centres from Hardinge and Quaser along with a highly-skilled workforce.
With up to a metre capacity, 48 Tools and 5 Axis capability alongside machine mounted renishaw probes to aid quality and improve set up time.
CNC TURNING
Our CNC lathes have also been purchased new from Mazak. We have turning size capacity of up to 11” diameter x 1 metre long with bar feed. Our CNC lathes are setup for either prototypes or large batch production. We continually invest in new tooling for our machines.
PARTMARKING
We have the latest automatic programmable engraving machine to enable us to part mark our assemblies and components when required.
FAIR REPORTING & CNC CMM PROGRAMMING
WML are now able to offer a full FAIR measurement service to any organisation that requires full dimensional verification on parts. A CNC program can be created and saved allowing continued measurement at any time on future production. A `FAIR` report to AS9102 standard can be recorded electronically by trained personnel using fully calibrated equipment. Please contact the main office for a quote.
